Wake up to awe-inspiring mountain views in this bright 2 bedroom, 2 story corner unit between Banff and Canmore, 5 minutes from the Banff National Park Gates. Sunlight flows through southerly windows highlighting vistas of the famous Three Sisters Mountain and Mount Rundle. Our place comfortably hosts 6 people, but can host up to 8. While you settle into this mountain escape, enjoy wheel-thrown pottery, reclaimed wood furniture, and locally inspired photographs. .
Good to know
Not only are we located 1 km from the entrance to Banff National Park, but we are also located near the Eastern start of the Legacy trail (a paved biking/hiking trail connecting Canmore to Banff) and numerous mountain biking trails. Our June 2019 renovations include new bed mattresses, new linens, new flooring and new paint throughout our condo. Complimentary Coffee and Tea Free Wifi: this is managed by the condominium association. We apologize if the wifi service is slower than expected at any part of your stay. Netflix: Complimentary The condominium complex offers coin laundry, 15 person Outdoor Hot Tub and BBQ We love this part of the world and we want to share a few local artistic touches from this area. A few of our pottery pieces feature a glaze made from silt from the Bow River, which flows through Banff and Canmore. To see this glaze, look for our mugs and bowls featuring a lime green glaze. We've also reclaimed wood from a local warehouse in Alberta to create custom, character headboards, a bench, and coffee tables with naturally occurring hints of purples, blues, & pinks.
Other Details to Note
Our condo is located close to the highway, so there is some highway noise.

The Hamlet of Harvie Heights is located on the edge of Banff National Park, in between Banff and Canmore and has just under 200 residents. This location is ideal to give you quick access to both Banff and Canmore, while avoiding the traffic that can occur during the busiest times of the year. Plus, Harvie Heights is closer to the town centre of Canmore then some neighborhoods within Canmore. As 20 year residents, this is why we've chosen Harvie Heights as our home.
